Job summary

Ultipro in Rising Sun, IN seeks an experienced Surveillance Supervisor to oversee CCTV operations in a gaming environment. You will operate and program the video control system, monitor multiple feeds, and ensure adherence to gaming regulations and internal policies.

You will coach observers, document incidents, coordinate with security, management, Indiana Gaming Agents, and court authorities, and prepare daily reports for the Director.

Qualifications

• Three years of surveillance experience with gaming-related activities and prior supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to supervise and observe numerous monitors for extended periods; operate CCTV system.
• Indiana Gaming Commission Level 2 Occupational License is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Operate, program, and fully understand the functions of the CCTV video control system.
• Coordinate with security, management, Indiana Gaming Agents, legal court system, employees, and HR.
• Document observations, events, and incidents.
• Supervise, evaluate, coach and counsel observers.
• Advise employees on procedures and protocols.
• Provide service to internal and external customers reflecting the S.T.A.R. culture.
