Job summary

Rising Star Casino in Indiana seeks a Surveillance Supervisor to oversee CCTV operations and ensure gaming integrity across the property.

Responsibilities include monitoring multiple screens, documenting incidents, and coordinating with security, management, and the Indiana Gaming Commission. The role also trains staff, reviews shift activity, and compiles daily reports for the Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of surveillance experience with gaming activities and prior supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Table Games basic strategy and card counting.
• Experience conducting Player Evaluations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to supervise and monitor multiple monitors; operate CCTV systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and understand CCTV video control system.
• Communicate with security, management, Indiana Gaming Agents, legal system, employees, and HR.
• Document observations, events, and incidents.
• Advise employees on procedures and protocols.
• Responsible for shift activity and reporting.
• Review shift reports for accuracy; submit daily shift report to Manager.
• Inform on-site IGC Agent on duty of any violations; report per Self-Reporting Policy.
• Attend required training as offered by the company.
