Job summary

Jena Choctaw Pines is seeking a Surveillance Officer to support the Director of Surveillance and Supervisors. The role involves organizing surveillance records, audits and reports, while maintaining positive communication with management and staff.

Shift availability is required, with rotating schedules. The officer will assist in monitoring gaming activity, maintaining internal controls, and ensuring compliance with Title 31, IRS, NIGC and state regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be twenty-one years of age.
• Demonstrate knowledge of casino gaming operations and regulatory requirements.
• Familiar with Tribal, Federal and State gaming regulations.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Protect casino assets through surveillance and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Develop regulatory knowledge related to casino internal controls and operations.
• Conduct surveillance investigations and gather evidence with video records.
• Monitor gaming tables, shipping, receiving, and device movements for compliance.
• Provide regular compliance reporting to Surveillance Supervisors and Director.
