In this role you will perform routine cleaning, handle dishwashing equipment, and ensure compliance with health regulations. You must be able to stand for long shifts, lift up to 40 lbs, and communicate clearly with staff and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial dishwashing equipment and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Basic English reading and writing for work communications.
• Willingness to work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a clean and organized dishwashing station at all times.
• Clean dishes, glasses, flatware and kitchen items.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors and equipment per health regulations.
• Assist kitchen staff as needed and communicate with team.
• Handle guest interactions professionally and relay feedback.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
