Responsibilities

1. Oversee casino operations on assigned shift, including procedural and regulatory compliance, with an emphasis on guest service.
2. Provide a comfortable atmosphere for guests through employee friendliness, facility cleanliness, and quality service.
3. Assure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
4. Handle guest issues promptly to ensure satisfaction for both Jackpot Junction and guests.
5. Authorize guest comps according to casino guidelines in the absence of the Casino Host.
6. Ensure all departments are properly staffed and adhere to policies and procedures.
7. Stay informed of all promotions.
8. Make recommendations to improve guest service to the Lead Casino Shift Manager.
9. Coordinate with Security Shift Supervisors to address guest safety issues.
10. Monitor compliance with Title 31 regulations during the shift.
11. Maintain an hourly activity log for General Management.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience in casino operations.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Lower Sioux Community enrolled member preferred.
