Desert Diamond Casino-Why is seeking a Security/Surveillance Supervisor to oversee the staff and protect assets. You will ensure regulatory and policy compliance, monitor cameras, complete logs, and support investigations with law enforcement. The role may involve EMT duties if certified and assigned.

You will train new officers, conduct performance reviews, and contribute to a safe, professional casino environment on Evenings/Weekends shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED and 3+ years in security/surveillance/law enforcement.
• One of the 3 years must be in a supervisory/lead capacity.
• Gaming industry experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervises security/surveillance staff during shift.
• Ensures compliance with regulations, policies, and gaming compacts.
• Maintains functioning of surveillance equipment.
• Completes logs and reports.
