Desert Diamond Casino-Why is seeking a Security/Surveillance Supervisor to oversee the security team under the Operations Manager. The role protects casino assets, guests, and team members while maintaining compliance with regulations and procedures.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in security or law enforcement with supervisory experience and the ability to pass screenings and obtain a gaming license. Expect varied shifts in a casino environment with EMT duties possible if certified.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 3+ years in security/surveillance/law enforcement; 1 year in supervision.
• Experience in gaming industry preferred; must pass background and drug screens.
• Must be 18+ and able to obtain gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security/surveillance staff under the Operations Manager.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and gaming compact.
• Maintain functioning surveillance equipment during shifts.
• Complete video logs and incident reports accurately.
• Report gaming irregularities to regulatory offices.
• Prepare productivity, observations, trouble, and investigation reports.
• Assist investigations by Gaming Office or law enforcement.
• Train new Security/Surveillance Officers.
• May serve as EMT if certified and assigned.
• Maintain professional communication and teamwork.
