Desert Diamond Casino-Why is seeking a Security/Surveillance Supervisor to oversee the security and surveillance staff under the Operations Manager. You will protect casino assets, guests, and team members while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.

Responsibilities include supervising officers, maintaining video logs, coordinating investigations, and training new personnel. Evening/weekend shifts may be required in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years in security or law enforcement; 1 year in supervisor role.
• Experience in the gaming industry preferred; must be 18+ and clear background.
• Pass pre-employment drug test, background check, and obtain gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security/surveillance staff and function as working supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and gaming codes.
• Maintain and verify video logs and reports; assist investigations.
• Train new officers and conduct performance evaluations.
• Prepare productivity and incident reports.
