Desert Diamond Casinos & Entertainment in Waddell, AZ is seeking a Lead Security Officer to oversee security operations during assigned shifts, protect assets, patrons, and staff, and coordinate with security supervisors.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of security experience, and a valid driver's license; you must pass background checks, drug screening, obtain a gaming license, and be able to work varied hours. CPR/First Aid certification is required.

Qualificações

• Pass STEP Fitness Exam.

Responsabilidades

• Protect casino assets, personnel and guests.
• Prepare daily shift schedules.
• Monitor and patrol casino areas and entrances.
• Escort disruptive patrons and coordinate with law enforcement.
• Submit patrol logs and incident reports.
• Open and close casino areas when required.
• Uphold internal controls and company policies.
• Provide First Aid/CPR as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and effective team communication.
