Job summary

Meskwaki Bingo Casino Hotel is seeking a security supervisor to administer and coordinate all security activities for a given shift. You will direct officers, prepare shift reports, and ensure compliance with policies and gaming regulations.

The role requires supervisory experience, knowledge of gaming policies, and a successful background check. A high school diploma or GED is required, with at least one year in security in a casino setting.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of security or related experience.
• At least 6 months of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of gaming policies and casino operations.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license per Sac & Fox Gaming Commission.
• Must not have a criminal history involving serious misdemeanors.
• Must pass a math test during interview (11 problems, max 4 missed).

Responsibilities

• Administers and coordinates all security activity for the assigned shift.
• Directs employees in the security process and ensures proper duties.
• Prepares and approves daily shift reports.
• Maintains attendance calendars and employee evaluations.
• Sakh Safeguards assets and ensures compliance with policies and gaming commissions.
• Communicates effectively with staff and other departments.
• Responds to incidents and coordinates with law enforcement when needed.
