Maverick Gaming LLC in Elko, NV, is seeking a Security Supervisor to safeguard guests, staff, and casino assets across Maverick Casino & Hotel, Gold Country Inn & Casino, and High Desert Inn. You will oversee security policies, train officers, manage incidents, and ensure reports are completed flawlessly.

The role requires US work authorization, fluency in English, strong communication, and adherence to Nevada and federal laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• CPR/First Aid and/or EMT preferred.
• Must be 21+ and have a professional demeanor.
• Must be registered with Nevada Gaming Control Board.

Responsibilities

• Assist Security management with planning, organizing, and coordinating security policies.
• Train new officers and conduct reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Patrol property and protect guests and assets.
• Prepare and write incident reports promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Nevada and federal laws.
