Job summary

Maverick Gaming is seeking a Security Supervisor to protect guests, staff, and casino assets across its venues. You will lead security operations, oversee incident reporting, and ensure compliant practices with Nevada laws.

Required are a high school diploma (or equivalent), 21+ years old, and active Nevada Gaming Control Board registration. CPR/First Aid or EMT is preferred, with strong English communication and judgment essential to success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• CPR/First Aid and/or EMT certification preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be registered with Nevada Gaming Control Board.
• Must pass supervisor test.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist Security management with planning, organizing, and coordinating security policies and procedures.
• Train new officers, conduct interviews, assist with reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Patrol casino property, protect assets, and ensure safety of guests and staff.
• Document and write clear reports on all incidents and events.
• Respond to emergencies using established procedures and safety practices.
• Oversee security investigations and coordinate with management and regulatory personnel.
