Job summary

Landry's is seeking a Security Shift Manager to oversee daily safety, security and asset protection during the shift. You will supervise security staff, respond to incidents, and ensure regulatory compliance in a dynamic casino environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, and supervising security personnel, maintaining thorough reports, and protecting guests and assets. A Nevada gaming license is required; valid CCW and First Aid/CPR certifications are expected.

• Must successfully complete casino security background screening.
• Must obtain Nevada concealed weapons permit (CCW).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations during shift and protect guests, employees and assets.
• Schedule, train and supervise security staff to ensure posts are staffed.
• Respond to significant incidents and manage security activities related to incidents.
• Maintain incident logs, reports and personnel records.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and property policies.
• Operate CCTV and alarm systems as needed.
• Complete required training certifications and maintain licenses.
