Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino Lake Tahoe is seeking a Security Shift Manager to oversee daily safety, security, and asset protection for the graveyard shift. You will manage security staff, enforce gaming regulations, respond to incidents, and ensure compliant reporting.

The role requires experience in casino security supervision, strong guest service skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, with a Nevada gaming license preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years casino security/ law enforcement supervisory experience is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain Nevada gaming license and pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and investigations.
• Plan and schedule shift duties, training, and event coverage.
• Supervise Security Officers and Leads; ensure posts are staffed.
• Maintain thorough reports, logs, and paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with Gaming Commission regulations and company policies.
