Competenze

• College degree in law enforcement or related field is preferred.
• Administrative leadership, investigative, customer service and public speaking skills are required.
• Must have three years supervisory or command experience in law enforcement or security.
• Must possess investigative and communication skills.
• Must have knowledge of gaming regulations and company internal controls are preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• A demonstrated ability to think strategically and perform competitive analysis is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills required, with emphasis on tough conversations with property Senior Management and Department Leaders to ensure the property is implementing changes to drive efficiencies in process and/or financial performance.
• Valid LA Driver’s License.
• Ability to obtain Key LA Gaming License and Responsible Vendor Certification.

• Provides administrative assistance and direction in the overall operation of assigned departments to ensure the most efficient and profitable operation and the maintenance of high standards of quality and service.
• Supervises and directs the day-to-day operations of areas of responsibility through assigned Department Leaders and Supervisors; counseling, guiding, and instructing them in the proper performance of their duties.
• Inspects and reviews all operations and confers with Department Leaders and Supervisors as required, to assure efficient utilization of manpower and facilities.
• Controls expenses in assigned departments.
• Oversees safeguarding of assets transported to and from Casino Tables, Slots and Cashier departments; Project 21 enforcement requiring patrons to be at least 21 years of age for admission to building and Emergency Management programs.
• Supervises all investigations conducted by Security personnel.
• Ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service by Security personnel.
• Responsible for the overall security of the property including, but not limited to, the following: the enforcement of the law and other rules and regulations; the physical safety of patrons and employees and the protection of patrons and company property from illegal activity; the detainment for probable cause of persons that may be involved in illegal acts for the purpose of notifying law enforcement or State authorities, in compliance with the Louisiana Gaming Act and Regulations, which prohibits cheating or swindling in gaming; the recording of any and all unusual occurrences within the property, for which an assignment of Security personnel is made.
• Oversees vehicle damage/theft complaint reports in conjunction with the Risk Management Department.
• Implements employee training and responsibilities for assigned areas.
• Plans, develops, and implements revised procedures to improve the efficiency and profitability of assigned areas.
• Ensures periodical performance reviews are prepared for all employees, including direct reports.
• Establishes and maintains effective channels of communications upward, downward, and laterally.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
• Conduct self always in a manner that reflects positively on Caesars and encourage others to do the same.
• Coordinates maintenance of property vehicles.
• Ensures that customers’ problems/complaints are handled in an effective, courteous manner.
• Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
