Fresca, LLC is seeking a Security Officer to safeguard guests, employees, and property across casino and hotel environments. You will monitor, patrol, respond to incidents, and assist with evacuations while maintaining excellent guest service.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to communicate in English, a pre-employment drug screen, and the ability to obtain relevant work cards and Nevada gaming registrations. You will work with a team in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture.
• Monitor and patrol all areas of the casino and hotel to protect property and ensure guest and team member safety.
• Escort and secure all transfers of money, tokens, chip fills, hopper fills, and jackpots.
• Respond to guest and employee incidents, including injuries, illnesses, or emergency situations.
• Support emergency evacuations and direct guests appropriately.
