Job summary

Fresca, LLC in Las Vegas is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead the property’s safety program, train and schedule Security Officers, and ensure guest and team member protection while upholding company standards. You’ll coordinate incident reporting, monitor daily operations, and ensure compliance with Title 31 and gaming regulations.

A background in law enforcement or protective services and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of law enforcement, military, EMT, or related experience with leadership.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for training and feedback.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and adapt to shift changes.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, train, supervise, and coach security staff for strong performance.
• Patrol casino and hotel premises to ensure guest, team member, and asset safety.
• Guard money transfers on the casino floor and secure high-risk areas.
• Prepare detailed incident and patrol reports; escalate as needed.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws, internal controls, and procedures.
