Your role involves greeting and seating guests, ensuring smooth front-house operations while providing genuine hospitality. You will manage seating arrangements, answer customer queries, and assist staff in delivering a welcoming environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma and customer service experience. • Customer service experience dealing directly with customers.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain necessary license from the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.
• Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift.

Your ability to greet guests with genuine hospitality, manage seating efficiently, and support smooth front‑of‑house operations helps set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. By answering questions, coordinating with servers, and maintaining an organized, inviting entrance area, you ensure guests feel valued from the moment they arrive—reflecting the high standards of service that define the Live! brand.

Min Compensation USD $16.00/Hr.

Max Compensation USD $16.00/Hr.

Responsibilities

• Greeting/welcoming and seating guests.
• Assign wait staff to service guests in their sections.
• Answering phone, greeting customers, and keeping track of seat availability in restaurants.
• Assisting wait/bar staff.
• Responsible for assisting with bussing and resetting tables.
• Responsible for cleaning host area and entrance to the restaurant.
• Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.

Qualifications

Must Haves:

• Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop and reach, while assisting guests.
