Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4-year college preferred.
• 3–5 years of specialized casino operations or marketing management experience; at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Experience with direct marketing, database utilization and tracking systems; agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through the department workflow per Director of Advertising instructions.
• Collaborate with internal advertising agency to meet timelines for marketing collateral, signage, and ads.
• Communicate project scope to coordinators and review work orders/creative briefs.
• Ensure coordinators communicate via detailed work orders and provide status updates.
• Obtain all legal clearances for contracts, advertising copy, and trademarks.
• Maintain website accuracy and proactively manage content changes.
• Collaborate with Media Relations on opportunities supporting marketing objectives.
• Disseminate information about promotions to internal and external agencies.
• Plan, budget, coordinate, and execute photo shoots; obtain approvals.
• Ensure on/off-property signage is delivered on time in good condition.
