Responsibilities

• Direct game play and assist dealers to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain awareness of player limits, big bets, and dealer performance.
• Support staff hiring, appraisal, and discipline as needed.
• Provide on-the-job training for Dealers to ensure staff performance.
• Ensure daily operations quality and cleanliness of the casino floor.
• Learn and support additional games as required by management.
• Verify slot jackpots when required.
