Mystic Lake Casino Hotel is seeking a supervisor to oversee Bingo/Pulltabs floor operations on-site. You will lead staff, assign tasks, monitor game integrity, and report cash flow in compliance with regulations. This role requires a focus on guest service and revenue optimization.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school graduate or GED.
• One year of Bingo/Pulltabs operations or related gaming experience.
• Must pass basic math and strategy test.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the staff and daily activities of the Bingo and Pulltabs floor operations to ensure game integrity, revenue maximization and high guest service standards.
• Assigns tasks to teams and ensures supplies and assets meet operational standards.
• Maintains awareness of rules and objectives to ensure proper reporting of cash flow.
