Job summary

Station Casinos is seeking a Manager on Duty to supervise multiple departments and guide all casino and gaming operation teams in delivering guest-focused service. You will direct daily operations, ensure Title 31 compliance, safeguard assets, and uphold company standards while fostering a productive work environment.

Ideal candidates have two years of management experience with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, plus proficiency in MS Excel/Word/Outlook and familiarity

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of management experience.
• Slots experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with Point of Sale systems is helpful.
• Ability to manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple departments and act as Manager on Duty.
• Direct all casino and gaming operation team members.
• Implement Title 31 procedures and safeguard assets.
• Provide friendly, efficient guest service and oversee casino operations.
• Set schedules and duties while maintaining staffing levels.
• Coach, counsel, discipline, and train team members.
• Observe responsible gaming guidelines.
• Report shortages and equipment needs to supervisor.
