Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to develop and coordinate programs that attract mid- to high-range guests and foster guest loyalty. You will interact with guests, manage promotions, and support social media initiatives across platforms.

Responsibilities include creating engaging campaigns, reporting on performance, and collaborating with Events, Advertising, and Database Marketing teams. A marketing background and hospitality experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent.
• 2 years marketing experience preferred.
• Experience with social media and digital channels.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Background in gaming or hospitality industry is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain guest relations to encourage return visits.
• Coordinate and execute marketing programs for promotions, events, and digital campaigns.
• Develop social media campaigns and content across platforms.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports on internet activity and campaign performance.
