Atlas Gaming Group in Henderson, NV seeks an Casino Marketing Executive to lead enterprise-wide marketing, player development, customer loyalty, and revenue growth initiatives across its properties.

This executive will design and implement data-driven marketing strategies, manage multi-property campaigns, and optimize ROI through loyalty programs and CRM efforts. You will collaborate with hotel, dining, and entertainment teams to maximize guest spend and visitation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree related field (marketing, business administration, hospitality, gaming management).
• 5+ years of progressive casino marketing and player development leadership experience.
• Familiarity with multiple casino operating systems.
• Proven success driving gaming revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
• Extensive experience measuring promotional effectiveness and ROI.
• Strong knowledge of casino loyalty systems, player tracking platforms, CRM tools, and customer analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide marketing and player development strategies that drive gaming revenue and revenue growth.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for all marketing and player development activities.
• Lead customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and VIP development initiatives across all properties.
• Establish promotional and reinvestment strategies based on measurable financial returns and customer profitability.
• Arrange, plan & execute player events & sponsorships.
• Analyze and optimize performance through metrics including ROI, ROPI, theoretical win, and CLTV.
• Oversee database marketing, CRM, loyalty programs, digital marketing, advertising, and special events.
• Create integrated campaigns leveraging lodging, restaurants, entertainment and other amenities to increase visitation and guest spend.
• Partner with property leaders to align marketing initiatives with objectives.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing marketing and player development teams.
