Bally's Marquette is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in a busy casino environment. You will perform routine maintenance with guidance from supervision and help maintain gaming table layouts per supervisor instructions.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of maintenance experience, and strong guest service skills. You must be able to work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and holidays, with safety and guest relations at the forefront.

• Maintain, repair, and replace gaming table layouts under supervision.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC, alarm and generator systems with guidance.
• Follow the preventative maintenance schedule.
• Adhere to company policies and guest alcohol limitation guidelines.
• Possess strong guest service skills and resolve guest issues to maintain positive relationships.
• Work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends and holidays.
