Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance with guidance from supervisor.
• Maintain, repair, and replace gaming table layouts per supervisor instructions.
• Basic knowledge and routine maintenance of HVAC, alarm, and generators.
• Follow preventative maintenance schedules.
• Adhere to company policies and guest service standards.
• Handle guest complaints with discretion and escalate when needed.
• Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
