Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Illinois is seeking a skilled Slot Machine Technician to perform routine maintenance, diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic issues, and replace faulty parts to keep machines operating smoothly.

You will test machines, maintain detailed repair records, collaborate with casino staff, and deliver excellent customer service to patrons while adapting to a 24/7 environment and flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on slot machines
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic problems with slot machines
• Replace faulty parts and components as needed
• Test machines to ensure they are functioning properly
• Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
• Communicate with other members of the casino staff to ensure that all machines are functioning properly
• Provide excellent customer service to casino patrons
• Handle routine guest complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to identify situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel - seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change
• Other duties as assigned
