Job summary

Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel in Fort Hall, ID is hiring a Steward for a full-time role in Back of House. The position supports daily Food and Beverage operations by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across dishwashing, kitchen areas, and related storage spaces.

Under direct supervision, you will handle dishwashing duties, assist with receiving and storing food shipments, maintain supplies, and provide excellent service to guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Must pass background screening.
• Tribal preference applies to all positions.
• Must obtain and maintain Food Handler’s certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensures sanitized dishware, silverware, pots, and pans are available.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays; restocks dishes and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of dishwashing and storage areas.
• Sanitizes worktables, refrigerators, and racks.
• Reports any equipment malfunction.
• Provides excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
• Attends staff meetings and works as part of a team.
