Job summary

Spirit Lake Casino & Resort in United States is seeking a Food and Beverage Steward to keep Kitchen, Buffet and Snack Bar areas clean and well maintained. You will wash dishes, pots and pans in a timely manner and support daily operations.

This is a full-time, hourly position with a comprehensive benefits package; Native American preference applies. Reports to the Kitchen Manager and Shift Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Keep the Kitchen, Snack Bar and Buffet floors swept and mopped throughout the day.
• Sweep and mop the coolers, and dry storage areas daily.
• Make sure all equipment is cleaned on a regular basis.
• Empty the trash and break down boxes and dispose of throughout the day.
• General cleaning of walls and ceilings on an annual basis.
• Wash all dirty dishes, pots, and pans as they are brought to the area.
• Return the clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils to their proper storage area.
• Keep the dish machine cleaned inside and out.
• Maintain the dish area, wiping the area down and keeping clean.
• Other duties as may be assigned.
