Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalence.
• One-year minimum experience in food preparation preferred.
• Ability to obtain a valid gaming license.
• Ability to read, write, and understand basic English to read recipes and communicate with team members.

Responsibilities

• Operate kitchen equipment (slicer, steamer, fryer, ovens, broiler, grill, mixer, kettle, griddles).
• Provide excellent guest service to internal and external guests.
• Read recipes and follow measurements accurately.
• Prepare all food items according to standard recipes to ensure consistency.
