Job summary

Table Mountain Casino Inc. is seeking an experienced IT support professional to provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. You will escalate complex problems to Tier 3 engineers and assist with system administration tasks, user management, and policy updates.

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related field required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Two (2) years of progressive work experience in computer desktop support or equivalent.
Certifications in A+, Network+, Aruba, and Microsoft are preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required.
Pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background check, gaming license required.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, and network issues escalated by Tier 1 Help Desk Technicians.
Assist in diagnosing and resolving complex system issues with Tier 3 Engineers when necessary.
Perform basic system administration tasks including user accounts, permissions, and group policy updates.
Monitor system performance and ensure availability of IT resources.
Document network configurations and changes as directed.
