Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Experience with data entry and using a rewards system.
• Eligibility to work on casino floor (21+).

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous, professional service to all patrons.
• Explain Caesars Rewards, promotions and events.
• Sign up guests for Caesars Rewards and manage sign-up data.
• Attend special events and daily inventory of supplies.
