Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are required, both verbal and written.
• Read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Greet guests in a timely manner.
• Provide guests with menus.
• Assign guests to tables.
• Ensure that dining and serving areas are clean and properly set-up.
• Receive and record guest reservations.
• Settle all customer checks in the system accurately.
• Speak to guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
