Job summary

Naskila Casino is seeking a seasoned leader to head casino hosts and VIP activities, driving relationships with premium players and boosting development, retention, reactivation, and revenue through data-driven CRM insights.

You will oversee VIP programs, events, and guest experiences, collaborating with Marketing and Operations to deliver exceptional service while addressing escalated guest concerns. A flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in casino marketing, player development, casino host operations, guest service, account management, or a related hospitality environment.
• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong relationship-building, sales, communication, and guest service skills.
• Experience with CRM or player tracking systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
