Job summary

Fourwinds Casino is seeking a friendly on-site Host/Hostess for part-time service in the Food & Beverage team in South Bend, Indiana. You will greet guests, escort them to tables, manage reservations, and maintain menu knowledge to enhance the dining experience.

The position requires strong communication, a neat appearance, and the ability to obtain an Indiana Alcohol & Tobacco Commission permit and a Level 4 Gaming License. Previous serving experience is preferred and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and maintain grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a cordial reception upon arrival.
• Escort guests to tables and distribute menus.
• Answer phones and handle reservations; verify bookings and comps.
• Maintain menu knowledge and provide staff with guest requests.
• Record guest preferences in the reservation system and use guest names when possible.
• Coordinate with marketing hosts to deliver prompt, courteous service.
