Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Level 4 Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining service to guests efficiently and courteously.
• Take and fill food and beverage orders; keep dining area clean and neat.
• Clear tables and reset for new seating; ensure buffets/tables meet standards.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and respond appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness of work stations; stock dishes, silverware and supplies.
• Assist other restaurant staff with opening/closing duties as needed.
