Four Winds Casino and Resort in South Bend, IN is seeking a Part-Time Beverage Server to provide beverage service to guests and Beverage/Food Servers in an assigned station and bar. The role requires knowledge of gaming and beverage regulations and adherence to CARE guidelines.

You will mix and serve beverages, monitor guest alcohol consumption, handle cash at the POS, and maintain clean bar areas. Responsibilities include setup, inventory, and closing duties as scheduled, with on-site shifts in

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum of two to three years related experience.
Requires a Level 4 Gaming License.

Responsibilities

Mixes and serves alcoholic beverage and/or non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
Receives payment from food and beverage guests/servers in a prompt and courteous manner.
Maintains a neat and clean bar station on a continual basis.
Has knowledge of all Gaming and beverage regulations.
Monitors guest alcohol consumption and responds accordingly.
Sets up portable bars according to BEO specifications and supervisor instructions.
Assist with inventory as scheduled.
Completes side work, set up or closing duties as assigned.
Follows all CARE guidelines to help assist with guests’ responsible consumption.
