• Clear tables and reset for new seating, ensure buffets/tables meet venue standards.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and respond appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness of work stations and stock supplies.
• Assist other restaurant personnel with opening/closing duties and side work.
