Job summary

Four Winds Casino and Resort in South Bend is seeking a part-time server to provide dining service to guests in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You will take and fill orders, maintain a clean dining area, and ensure prompt, courteous service while staying current on beers, wines and spirits.

A Level 4 Gaming License is required; high school diploma preferred. This role is on-site in a casino dining setting with opportunities to develop guest relations skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Minimum four to five years fine dining, food server experience.
• Knowledge of beers, wines and spirits preferred.
• This position requires a Level 4 Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Delivers prompt, efficient and courteous service of food and beverages to restaurant guests.
• Takes and fills all food and drink orders and assists in maintaining guests dining area in a clean and neat manner.
• Performs pre-busing of tables on a continual basis, keeping tables free of excess clutter.
• Polishes silverware, stemware, and plateware as needed to ensure the table settings are impeccable.
• Attends all meetings and/or training sessions as required.
