Bally's Corporation in Evansville, Indiana is seeking a friendly host/hostess to welcome guests, manage seating, and provide exceptional service. You will learn our menu, promotions, and events to answer questions and guide guests to the best dining experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests with a smile, coordinating reservations and seating, answering phones, and assisting with general upkeep and safety policies. A High School diploma and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in similar hospitality role required.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to learn POS and reservation systems.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes each guest with a smile and personalized greeting.
• Acknowledges each guest as they are leaving with genuine appreciation.
• Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance.
• Maintains a businesslike, professional attitude at all items.
• Has knowledge of the menu, promotions, events and other pertinent information.
• Seats guests to ensure the best service possible.
• Answers telephone inquiries per company policies.
• Helps bussers set and clear tables.
• Contributes to general housekeeping around the host stand and dining areas.
• Follows company safety policies and Service Standards.
