Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock in Northern Indiana is seeking a Dining Room Attendant to maintain clean and inviting dining areas, support kitchen and service staff, and ensure accurate transactions. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and uphold safety and sanitation standards.

The role requires strong math skills, the ability to read and write English, and at least two years of guest service experience in a family or formal dining environment; casino F&B experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have strong mathematical skills.

• Two years' guest service experience in a family or formal dining environment.
• Casino Food & Beverage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an atmosphere that encourages guests to choose Seminole Hard Rock for entertainment.
• Welcome guests to improve satisfaction and promote positive guest relations.
• Escort guests to tables in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in dining areas.
• Handle comps and reservation sheets and run required reports.
• Present checks and process settlements for items.
