Job summary

North Star Mohican Casino Resort in Bowler, Wisconsin is hiring a 2nd Shift Players Services Representative to join our hospitality team. This full-time role offers an hourly wage of $17.25 and shift/weekend differentials where applicable.

You will handle cashing, token and ticket transactions, assist players with inquiries, manage member sign-ups for Star Club, and maintain accurate records and paperwork while upholding our service standards in a busy casino environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and health screenings.
• Must maintain acceptable attendance and professional attitude.
• Ability to work weekends, late nights, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensures highest standards of customer service and processes check cashing, debit/credit advances, and ticket/gift redemptions.
• Balances ticket redemption kiosks and manages table games chips/cards inventory.
• Addresses player inquiries and resolves customer-service disputes.
• Handles Star Club signups and updates member information.
• Maintains paperwork and communicates updates to supervision.
• Follows all casino policies including AML requirements.
