Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check required; preference for Native American applicants.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously while providing fast, efficient service.
• Work as server, host(ess), or cashier according to staffing needs.
• Accurately calculate guest checks and collect payments.
• Expedite orders and pre-bus tables when guests are seated.
• Maintain table and condiment areas, ensure cleanliness.
• Attend mandatory trainings and assist with training when required.
• Handle complaints professionally and contact supervisor as needed.
