Qualifications

• Minimum of five years driving experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Ability to understand and comply with department, company, and government regulations.
• Ability to repeatedly bend and stoop and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest degree of guest service.
• Assist guests with loading, unloading, and transport of luggage and other items up to 50 lbs.
• Safely operate vehicles with manual or automatic transmission.
• Maintain the highest degree of personal and property safety for guests and the Company.
• Assist with shuttle service operation.
• Provide service reflecting the company values (S.T.A.R.).
• Report any violations to on-site personnel per Self-Reporting Policy.
• Greet guests and accept coats, bags, and personal items for storage.
• Issue claim tickets and ensure accurate tracking of checked items.
• Safely store items to prevent loss or damage.
• Retrieve items promptly upon guest request.
• Report suspicious items or unclaimed belongings to Security.
• Maintain cleanliness of the coat check area.
• Assist guests with dead batteries, flat tires, and loading/unloading large items.
• Assist with bus group luggage.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
