Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the Valet Department operations.
• Ensure safe and efficient transportation of guests and Team Members.
• Oversee shuttle operations and coat check functions.
• Train, evaluate, and supervise staff to uphold service standards.
• Document safety incidents and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Maintain vehicle and department readiness per safety and company standards.
