Carnival Corporation in Florida seeks a Specialist, Casino Sales & Support to handle inbound calls from Carnival guests and travel partners. You’ll drive new casino bookings, upgrades, and reservation changes while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

The role requires consistent attendance and punctuality, with training in initial weeks and fixed evening shifts after training. Join a team focused on service excellence and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ years of Customer Service Call Center experience required.
• Navigating through and handling escalated issues required.
• Must have high speed internet.
• Attend 6 weeks of training M-F 9:30-6:30pm est.
• After training, must work 1:30-10pm est, including a weekend day.

Responsabilités

• Handles inbound sales and service calls with varying complexity from casino guests.
• Serve as primary customer service rep processing or responding to concerns and inquiries.
• Meet/exceed productivity standards while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Update promotions on reservations and waive penalties to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to respond quickly.
• Assist casino guests bookings and maximize revenue with internal teams.
• Participate in feedback, coaching, and team meetings.
• Perform call-backs/projects as requested by management.
• Comply with policies and standards.
