Job summary

Osage Casino Ponca City is seeking an EVS Attendant to maintain cleanliness of all public areas inside and outside the casino. You will vacuum, mop, wash windows, clean restrooms, restock supplies and assist with general maintenance as needed.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work under supervision, and willingness to comply with gaming regulations and safety procedures. Evening and weekend shifts may be required; Osage Nation preference may apply.

Qualifications

• Skill in using cleaning tools, chemicals, cleaners, and disinfectants.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Perform basic mathematical computations (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Protect company information by keeping it confidential.
• Perform tasks under supervision and follow instructions.
• Build positive relationships with staff, guests and the public.

Responsibilities

• Makes efforts to stay informed about company information and communications.
• Communicates concerns and information to supervisor and listens to supervision.
• Suggests improvements to supervisor/management within the chain of command.
• Observes and reports unsafe behavior by guests or staff.
• Replenishes supplies for Room Attendants and restocks linen rooms.
• Moves furniture, hangs drapes, and rolls carpet as needed.
• Vacuums hallways, elevators, guest room floors and related areas.
• Cleans windows, sills, walls and fixtures; maintains banquet spaces.
• Provides excellent guest service, treating guests with courtesy and respect.
• Maintains compliance with gaming regulations and company policies.
