Qualifications

• Six (6) months of customer service experience, preferably in casino or hospitality.
• Ability to work overnights, weekends, and holidays depending on schedule.
• Maintain superior Guest Service aligned with Seminole Hard Rock Tampa.
• Desire to grow within Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock International.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Guest Service Ambassador, promoting the casino's loyalty program.
• Enroll potential players into the Unity program and explain benefits.
• Provide information about casino amenities, promotions, and entertainment.
• Support marketing events and guest inquiries with professional service.
