Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Requires Level 4 Gaming License.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic math: addition, subtraction, division and multiplication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort to dining table.
• Inform guests of waiting times.
• Assist with seating and reservations.
• Take beverage orders in buffet and inform offerings.
• Seat guests and present menus in ala carte environment.
• Receive payments and adhere to cash control policies.
• Answer guest questions and refer to management as needed.
• Maintain podium by stocking supplies and cleaning as needed.
• Answer phones and assist with special requests.
• Explain food offerings, hours of operation and pricing.
