Job summary

Boyd Gaming is seeking staff to circulate on the casino floor, assist guests, and promote the Players’ Club. You will deliver excellent customer service, recruit new customers, and reinforce player loyalty through direct outreach and program education.

The role requires explaining the Players’ Club rewards, supporting casino hosts, and helping guests with inquiries. A friendly, adaptable team player will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service.
• Excellent oral and written skills and strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility in work schedule.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentation software, e‑mail, and player tracking systems.
• Ability to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.

Responsibilities

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• One to two years experience in customer service.
• Must have excellent oral and written skills and exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be flexible in work schedule.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation, e-mail, and player tracking systems.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
